A dish suitable for the end of the meal using "kinmedai" (sea bream), Sato's specialty, is "kinmedai ochazuke" (sea bream in tea sauce).
The rich flavor melts out, and by adding condiments, you can enjoy it as a refreshing and luxurious finishing dish with a deep taste.
Enjoy the lingering taste of the sea bream until the last dish.

The "Kyokyu Course" is a sumptuous course that features a variety of seasonal ingredients, including simmered sea bream and shabushabu-shabu (shabu-shabu with sea bream) as the main course, and after tasting all the sea bream, you can finish with rice cooked in an earthenware pot with sea bream.
The 8-course "Kyoku Course" is available for 8,000 yen per person (tax included).
For banquets, we offer this course plus a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan for 10,000 yen (tax included).
