The dashi broth is also made from sea bream ara, making this a signature dish that is truly all about sea bream.
Other items such as sashimi and satsuma-age (fried fish cake) also make excellent accompaniments for drinking,
You can also enjoy the sea bream as a final meal of rice cooked in an earthenware pot,
