The "Kinmedai Shabu Shabu" boasts a rich taste of dashi broth made from sea bream ara.
Its particular dashi broth is so good that you can even eat it as sashimi.
The freshest sea bream is served shabu-shabu.
Kinmedai shabu shabu is also available as a course.
