Our restaurant offers a wide variety of excellent dishes made from sea bream and seafood that we purchase every morning from the Toyosu market.
We are especially particular about sea bream, so please take the time to enjoy it.
We recommend the "Kinmedai Shabu Shabu" (sea bream shabu shabu).
Shabu-shabu is a specialty dish made with broth made from sea bream ara.
You will be able to taste all of it in the zosui (rice porridge) that finishes the meal.
Also, don't miss the "Five Kinds of Morning Fresh Fish Platter" where you can enjoy the freshness of the fish.
Please try to feel the difference in texture and tongue feel as well as taste.
The "Carpaccio with leek and fresh fish" was also a perfect combination of fresh sashimi and the flavor of leek,
