In this issue, we would like to introduce a recommended dish using sea bream.
The "Kinmedai Shabu Shabu" is a shabu shabu shabu dish that uses kinmedai ara (sea bream) as the broth, infusing it with a rich flavor.
The shabu-shabu is a sumptuous shabu-shabu with all the flavor of sea bream that can be enjoyed by dipping fresh sea bream, which can also be eaten as sashimi, into the broth.
We also offer a course meal in which you can enjoy shabu shabu shabu of sea bream, so please use our restaurant for drinking parties and various banquets.
