Our pride and joy, Sato's Kinmedai, is the fresh Kinmedai that we purchase from the Toyosu Market every morning.
The course, in which you can taste the sea bream cooked in a variety of ways, is perfect for various banquets.
Recommended dishes include simmered kinmedai (sea bream), kinmedai satsumaage (fried sea bream), kinmedai shabushabu (sea bream shabu-shabu), and kinmedai tsukunabe (rice cooked in an earthenware pot with sea bream),
The "Kyoku Course" features eight dishes centered around sea bream and includes two hours of all-you-can-drink.
